      Positive and collaborative work environment. Great work-life balance that allows for life outside of work.

      I am not sure this is really a con. My experience has been extremely positive. If I have to pick something, I will say that here is room to improve some benefits.

      Pros

      Everything. Management and co-workers were extraordinary. Work was rewarding. Had many opportunities to learn and lead our customer in technical directions.

      Cons

      As a subcontractor, there was a few weeks delay in getting paid, but that was resolved over time.
