Pros
-Good benefits, culture and work-life balance. -Depending on job responsibilities, in-person, hybrid and fully remote arrangements permitted at managers discretion -Noblis’ former CEO and CFO had the forethought to institute a succession plan years ago in anticipation of their own retirements. The result was an apparently seamless transition upon each of their retirements in 2022. The new CEO and CFO are brilliant, dedicated, long-term employees who care about staff. I am 100% confident in their capabilities in leading the company. Former leadership cares about the employees and was perfectly competent, but the transition has breathed new energy and excitement into the company. -Several carefully considered and well-planned acquisitions in the last 10 years have resulted in steady growth. -Great place for professional development, learning, and career growth.
Cons
-Workload can be heavy at times, especially for those working in indirect positions (for example, finance, business administration, HR, IT). This is especially true during acquisitions, but this is the case anywhere. -Frequent software migrations can also be stressful and interfere with productivity.
