      Pros

      Noblis has a great culture where the people that I've interacted with have been kind, competent and fun. Consulting is project based, so I'm always learning something new and have the opportunity to stretch my management as well as design skills.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive for a design role, and neither are the yearly bonuses. Design maturity at the company is also on the lower end, but the company is making efforts to grow this competency.

      Pros

      Everything. Management and co-workers were extraordinary. Work was rewarding. Had many opportunities to learn and lead our customer in technical directions.

      Cons

      As a subcontractor, there was a few weeks delay in getting paid, but that was resolved over time.
