Pros
The people are friendly and you will never be short of something to learn. Free tea, coffee. Special events, such as chili cook-off were fun.
Cons
The previous positive BDM reviews were written under instruction of marketing: immoral in my opinion (I marked down here in an attempt at rebalance). The team of 8 I started with had 2 originals as I left a year later - negotiate hard for your initial contract as there is no pay rise coming. Every 1:1 review I had was 5*, but no interest in rewarding hard work & loyalty (I heard this repeatedly from those that left).
