      Not many pros here... Students were kind and parents were very supportive of teachers

      Cons

      Management cared a TON about testing. Hopefully you're ready to fit the mold of their perfect teacher. Meetings every day. No planning time. Buses a disaster. Superintendents use fear tactics and intimidation often.

      Admin was overbearing. It’s either their way, or you can say goodbye to your job.
