Just nothing. Even for fresher, would strongly recommend to think 100 times before considering this option,
Cons
- If there would be option of no star or negative one.
- Lack of Communication, professionalism, ethics, and since its a startup its like a one king dominating, exploiting.
- They take 10% of your salary as retention amount if at all they give you "salary", yes sound strange !
- No stability at all there were several case to whom they fired without any reason or notice.
- Ya but they will take bond sign from you to dominate and exploit.
Worst decision of my life I regret so guys request you all pls pls think and make good investigation considering.
