Pros
- very competent and collaborative colleagues (although the brightest minds eventually leave the company) - salary is slightly higher than average
Cons
- upper management and leadership team have no clue what they're doing - the company does not have a long term strategy and does not give any sort of direction to its employees outside of the usual town hall blah blah - the marketing department is all over the place, with a lot of incompetent people in charge and constant frictions between different teams - there are people working in marketing who don't even know how to run a marketing campaign - crazy turnover - very questionable decisions from upper management lead to a toxic work environment - no motivation, no professional development, you're treated like a machine that simply needs to follow directions - no innovation, driving change is nearly impossible - if you are hoping for a promotion because you're a good performer, keep hoping. No one is going to reward you unless you brag about your achievements with upper managers - conflicts of interest are EVERYWHERE
