      Pros

      The company gave me the chance to cross - train from another ERP software into NetSuite and to get into new business processes.

      Cons

      Whilst in a consulting company it is natural that assignments depend on the projects coming in, the employee needs to be told what they should focus their learning on and knowledge transfer about company -specific tools needs to be facilitated.

      Lovely people and great working environment for sales people to succeed!

      Cons

      Sometimes the marketing to assist with sales isn't what it could be, tends to be more brand awareness than helping to deliver pipeline and MQL's

      Little to no clear internal processes. Extremely disjointed, with many people leaving.
