Great office in Reno - Customer Support Representative No-IP Employee Review

Good pay for Reno. Benefits are nice and generous. The office has a fun energy and everyone gets along quite well. Better than I've seen at other small companies.

Small, not a lot of growth available. But, they do take care of their people so it's not a total con.

In the early years NoIP was great. The first week was based on my training. It seemed like they did not have experience training people. But a few individuals took the time to part skills, knowledge, and procedures to me which was appreciated.

Few people doing massive action. When I was let go it was unclear as to how improvements could had been made. I thought it was some character flaw that they were unwilling to deal with. They gave me a fair opportunity to make improvements but no real path forward. It was as if the deck was already stacked against me.
