Loved the people, the environment, and my employees. I met a lot of great people.

Job Security was always in the back of my mind, considering No Fear has went bankrupt 3 times.

Good atmosphere, fun industry, faced paced work environment, good management. Hired in 2005 and had incredible growth for the first few years, the training and growth were fantastic until the economy turned.

Terrible pay, the corporate level managers couldn't for the life of them understand how expensive the certain areas are to live in. They also would tend to play favorites and give promotions based on non work related qualities.
