      Pros

      Recruitment process is been quick and there is lot of scope of improvement as internal team is growing. Teams are enthusiastic about quality work. There is a good sense of professionalism out here within the management and within the teams which are gradually growing in numbers. Work culture is very good as people enjoy flexible hours of working & all levels of interactions happen during lunch hours and tea & snack breaks. Company owned premises & world class Infra adds laurels to the mindset of its people. It is situated at one of the prime locations at Baner, Pune in India. Many of the company policies & culture can be experienced & explored by joining Niyuj.

      Cons

      This is an era of Information Technology and this company is also sound & well equipped with many levels of Technology but that is not enough as brand wise people are not much aware about the company.

      being small company, do not provide many benefits as other IT companies

      Pros

      * You can interact easily with the management. * Management will listen to you. * HR and Admin teams are supportive and understand your concerns. * You will get a chance to work on challenging projects.

      Cons

      * Honestly not much, just we can focus more on employee's aspirations and work more towards aligning them. * You may be asked to work on multiple projects, well that is a good opportunity to learn but can leave you in more stressful situations if things are not managed well.
