Nivasoft has always been a demand driven company and not a supply driven body shop. We had worked with largest of the clients directly including the likes of Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Anthem Healthcare and more. The pay scale for any employee would be compliant with labor policies and agreements. Being in existence since 2014, Nivasoft had employees that completed tenure of 7-10 years before moving on which is not possible when you are hostile to your employees. Our skill development programs were only focused on demand and not to create supply.
