Pros

- Great work culture. People and ethos are absolutely brilliant - Company attempts at staying as transparent as possible in a business environment - Driven by passionate individuals - Definitely one of the benchmarks Fintech names in 2022 - Flexible work-life balance

Cons

- Growth highly depends on the job location. For ex- Singapore HQ is great, but some countries have a glass ceiling - Lower than industry salaries in some country - Global mobility isn't easy

Pros

A lot of freedom and the friendliest coworkers I have ever met.

Cons

Needing adjustments from a staff and product perspective. New C-Suites seem to be turning the ship in the right direction

Pros

Office is nice Can't think of anything else...

Cons

- Work produced by outsourced teams is rarely critiqued or challenged, while internal contributions are scrutinized with a focus on shortcomings rather than outcomes. - No camaraderie, no professionalism, no empathy, no mutual respect. If you can't be sucked up to, your fellow employees will treat you like trash. - Leadership often appears reactive rather than strategic, with limited clarity on direction or long-term planning. Communication tends to rely on hollow buzzwords. - Ego runs rampant; if someone thinks their hot stuff they'll make it known at every single meeting. - There appears to be limited investment in coaching or professional development. Repeated mistakes occur across all levels, especially with so called senior employees. This raises questions about role expectations and the consistency of standards.
