      Pros

      Although the hours can be long, Nitron operates as a family and treats their employees as such. The company is still relatively small compared to some other trading shops but the office culture fosters teamwork and camaraderie.

      Cons

      other than the fact that the operations department works long hours and there are some travel requirements there are not to many cons.

      Pros

      I worked here for 3 years and had to leave as I moved too far from the office. I had a great relationship with a lot of people at the company and was sad to leave. There was a big emphasis on the employees and the benefits, flexibility, etc, was way above what I am seeing now during my job search.

      Cons

      They have grown a lot in the past few years and you can see they are catching up on their structure, etc.
