Pros

Flexible work schedule Decently organized work structure within Nitrado

Cons

Had to rewrite my review, as we've been fighting the company over glassdoor. They're taking an active stance to remove these by any means necessary. So let's stick to the FACTS! I was underpaid for the job I did for Nitrado. Any raise negotiations were a chore and they heavily disrespected me by undercutting my ask by 15k. Had to work over my vacations, there was no backup for my job and my responsibilities were time-sensitive. There was no refund of vacation time to accommodate the work done. Recognition is non-existent, weekly meetings for me were non-productive and at times key people wouldn't show up to them. It was disrespectful to sit there for 15 minutes waiting and wondering if there would be more attendance. It is public knowledge that Nitrado has acquired 2 additional hosting companies, which were then added to my workload without even the consideration of additional pay. They just expected you to do it. Every new contract you were expected to sign included less and less benefits, leaving some to refuse signature outright. The continuation of employment is NOT enough consideration. If you work in the US, expect to be treated very differently than employees located at the German office.

Pros

I've got nothing good to say about Nitrado, I initially joined the company because I thought what they offered aligned with my career goals, but that turned out to be a huge mistake on my end. Save yourself the misery and stay away.

Cons

Working for Nitrado has felt like a complete waste of my time! The pay offered to employees is insultingly low! We're expected to keep up with heavy workloads and meet tight deadlines all the time, but our pay is barely enough to afford rent! There aren't a lot of opportunities to grow, either, unless you have a direct connection to leadership; regardless of how much you've done for the company, none of your hard work is ever going to be rewarded. If you're thinking of applying for a position at Nitrado, don't! Working literally anywhere else would do you more favors than settling for this mediocre company!
