Pros
Great people, wonderful office culture, customer focused business that truly has it's members at the heart of the business. The new Coop ownership should bring added benefits, providing they remember that Nisa is a wholesaler and not just a Coop RTM.
Cons
Communication from Coop & Nisa senior teams about the changes has been poor. Coop miss- communicate directly with Nisa suppliers without checking first with Nisa, leading to errors and confusion. There's a growing lack of trust in the Coop, which is disappointing as there are many positives to be had.
