No work life balance at all. May need to work 12-13 hours on daily basis without any incentive or bonus Only Repetitive Work..nothing to learn after 2-3 months Preferential treatment to CH team everyone else is B Team Senior management never takes blame Good senior guys already left Recruitment drive almost every week No Training for freshers
