      Pros

      Love everyone on the team and their willingness to help each other out. I was surprised to see how open everyone is to hearing critical feedback and taking immediate action in order to improve our product. Feedback is encouraged by upper management and every voice is heard. Our engineering team is incredible. Great pay and PTO policy.

      Cons

      I really don't have anything to complain about at Nirvana. It's a new company and fast moving so need to be able to adjust quickly to changes and be ok testing different approaches until we find what works best.

      Work culture, brings in quality talent, management is very easy to work with, perks/benefits are fantastic, work/life balance, very understandable in regards to parenting,

      Very fast moving and at times the changes aren't widely known before being implemented, broad range of pay on the BD team, goals have exponentially increased quarter over quarter while total on target earnings remain the same,
