If your direct supervisor is not satisfied with your work, you are expected to work OT until late at night to complete the task. The tasks given will challenge your skills but do not expect any help from anyone as they are either as clueless as you or can't be bothered to help you. Most of the older tenure staff are just there to collect pay every month so they have zero interest in watching you succeed.
