      Nice co-workers, and the boss was one of the nicest people I had ever worked under.

      Cons

      It depends on which dept you work, but there was high turnover rate and an endless overtime. The pay was relatively low

      The ability to work virtually. Work/life balance. Working with experience seniors to learn with them is amazing.

      Cons

      Takes some time to get to know others within the company when working virtually. Base salaries are below market.
