Improving internal communications within the company has been one of our priorities indeed.
During the Sync, our bi-annual all-hands event and our main alignment and bonding platform, people raise questions to our senior management through open and transparent exchanges. Our leaders are also continuously being encouraged to drive honest conversations within the team and the organisation.
We are constantly trying to balance the convictions that drive our visions with the inputs that the individual team members share with us. This is an ongoing exercise, which we largely appreciate and value, and we hope to get better and better at it as we move forward.
