      Cons

      The working environment is very toxic. Management acts in an authoritarian fashion but also can’t decide on a course of action. Regular company-wide announcements in the events of making mistakes. Regular cursing and shouting.

      Compensation is good. Interesting projects.

      Cons

      Communication of expectations from the top down is poor. This leads to fits of anger from the CEO and company wide "call outs", and overall a toxic working environment.
