Pros
The culture at Ninthlink is like no other. This office is filled with wildly talented and intellectual individuals who are not only passionate about the work they do for clients, but also the work of fellow co-workers. Good benefits, flexible work hours, cool projects/clients, and lots of perks -- we brew our own beer, go on retreats, and generally enjoy each others company! :) It's a HUGELY supportive workplace when it comes to profession and personal growth of both their clients and employees.
Cons
Both a pro and a con: Expect to wear many hats. Your role, while seemingly defined, will be pushed beyond (but you'll learn tons of new skills). In order to be successful at Ninthlink, it needs to stem from your own volition and not management. If you need constant guidance, this is not the place for you. While, we're a small company that strives towards a singular goal -- the goal can be somewhat of a moving target as well.
