There is an incredible vertical hierarchy, some middle managers are more blown than a hot air balloon (physically too). You feel arrogance around, for having the greatest product in the market (fair) and the smartest vision (doubtful). No personal initiative is encouraged, achievements are not rewarded, customers are barely listened to (in line with arrogance of having the greatest vision - " it's my way only ").
