NIP is a brand with strong legacy..

Lies, deceit, nepotism. Most toxic workplace I've ever encountered.

Pros

Their high ranking is solely due to their talented players, and they attract big-name sponsors thanks to their exceptional Sales and Partnership team.

Cons

The company exhibits a toxic work environment marked by unfair treatment and a predominantly junior workforce with limited experience and skills. The inexperienced management team, feeling threatened by senior employees who contribute significantly, frequently fires them. Nepotism is evident as a C-level executive has appointed his unqualified girlfriend to a Director position, where she meddles in all aspects of the business and bullies other employees without consequence, even in the presence of the CEO. Gossip is rampant among C-level executives, who also talk negatively about staff, sponsors, partners, and players. Employees face low salaries, stagnant career growth with no promotions for 3-4 years, and are expected to be available at all hours. During the pandemic, the management's distrust of remote work policies forced employees to come into the office, further highlighting the company's unprofessionalism and lack of respect for its workforce.

Pros

Some management members made genuine efforts to provide support, which was appreciated despite the overall challenges.

Cons

My experience was predominantly negative. The work environment was very stressful and the company culture was toxic and at some times hostile. Despite some efforts from management to offer support, these did not mitigate the overall challenges. Compensation was below industry standards, making living expenses difficult, and there were limited opportunities for professional growth. These factors contributed to a largely unsatisfactory experience.
