Pros

I've been working at NinjaOne for over 6 years, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best work environments I’ve ever been a part of. The culture here is incredibly collaborative, and supportive. Leadership genuinely cares about both personal and professional growth, and there's a strong emphasis on work-life balance. What really stands out is how approachable and down-to-earth everyone is—from peers to executives. Wins are celebrated, ideas are heard, and feedback is welcomed. It feels like you're part of something meaningful, not just clocking in and out. The company invests in its people, values transparency, and encourages innovation. I feel challenged in the best way and have grown so much since joining. If you're looking for a place where you can thrive, be yourself, and do impactful work with great people, I highly recommend NinjaOne.

Cons

Not sure of any cons since I mostly keep my head down and focus on my thing but like any other company there will be challenges and bumps along the ride but people usually figure things out.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

Strong culture with talented people who genuinely care about customers and product quality. Remote-first environment provides flexibility, leadership is generally approachable, and employees have opportunities to influence products that directly impact customers. The company continues to grow and invest in engineering, creating opportunities for career development.

Cons

Rapid growth and frequent changes in business priorities can create challenges with planning and execution. Customer escalations and urgent initiatives sometimes disrupt roadmap commitments, leading to context switching and shifting expectations. As the organization scales, communication and alignment between teams can occasionally become difficult.
