Pros

Amazing leadership that CARES! Our CEO Sal is very hands on. He genuinely cares about the employees and the culture we maintain here. Great product and growth Stability My favorite way to describe Ninja is as WHOLESOME. While everyone here is their own person and unique in their own way, everyone possesses a genuine wholesome nature. We all care about each other here.

Cons

Truly dont have any to list. Work is work and there is a job to be done daily of course, but this is the first company ive ever worked for that actually assesses how they can do better and grow first, rather than blame the employees.

Pros

Strong culture with talented people who genuinely care about customers and product quality. Remote-first environment provides flexibility, leadership is generally approachable, and employees have opportunities to influence products that directly impact customers. The company continues to grow and invest in engineering, creating opportunities for career development.

Cons

Rapid growth and frequent changes in business priorities can create challenges with planning and execution. Customer escalations and urgent initiatives sometimes disrupt roadmap commitments, leading to context switching and shifting expectations. As the organization scales, communication and alignment between teams can occasionally become difficult.

Pros

Great company culture, strong leadership, and incredible teammates. NinjaOne offers plenty of opportunities for professional growth while maintaining a collaborative and supportive work environment. I'm proud to be part of a company that values its employees and is committed to delivering exceptional results for customers.

Cons

The rapid growth and fast-paced environment can sometimes lead to shifting priorities and evolving processes. Employees need to be comfortable with change and ambiguity. That said, these challenges are typical of a high-growth company and also create opportunities for learning and career.
