Pros
Ninja has shown me from my first day that they are grateful for and take care of their employees. They recognize hard work and talent, and they understand that the key to keeping employees around is to show them that the work that has been put in is appreciated and rewarded. I work remote full-time, with the option to go into our Clearwater office if I need a change of pace or if working from the office is more convenient because of appointments that I have that day, or if I want to socialize with some other Ninjas. Having that flexibility is life-changing, and Ninja offered it before covid-19 was even a thing. What's more, they offer unlimited PTO, so that I have additional flexibility to take the time I need when I need it. Their other benefits for full-time employees are also great; they provide access to a 401K and great health benefits for employees. Ninja is extremely inclusive. It's a global company with employees from multiple countries and all kinds of backgrounds, and we treat each other with respect and kindness in our daily interactions. I also feel that Ninja is a very stable place to work. It's still considered a start-up, but it's been around for quite a while now, and has grown so fast since I've joined that I feel that I'm on solid ground with them.
Cons
Ninja has grown kind of crazily since I joined at the beginning of 2020. That's a GREAT thing, but it has caused us to continually refine our processes to fit into the scope of the growing company. Again, the fact that we are refining processes is a GREAT thing... but it does come with stress at times.
