I have been working at Nine Labs over 6 months full-time. - Positive culture - World class team and clients - Great pay and benefits - Ability to work from home - Work life balance - Leadership that sincerely cares The list goes on.. There is no micromanagement or workplace bureaucracy. Everyone is stellar at their job and managing themselves, so we are able to get a lot of high quality work done quickly for clients without unnecessary amounts of meetings, calls, etc. There is a strong sense of purpose and intention behind the work we do. Our clients are all enjoyable to work with because we don't engage in projects or products we don't believe in. They know we are invested in their success as much as they are.. Overall I believe this approach lends to job satisfaction that can be hard to come by!
