Pros

Nine Energy Service is a fantastic company with an excellent attitude in supporting Veterans. A growing company, it is a strong example of how the right team with the right attitude can overcome any obstacle, and in this case it's the current oil market.

Cons

The most challenging part was working for people who simply didn't belong at Nine Energy but were brought in with a perceived skill set (HR and one or two others). While they've all been let go, it's always painful having to work with under-performing leadership no matter the duration.

Thank you for your review. We can assure you that all of our managers and assistant managers have multiple responsibilities and are always working hard. Additionally, we employ managers that are male and female, including our CEO, Ann Fox. Our learning management system ensures our employees can grow within the company and we offer training courses throughout the company to support our workers and help them achieve their full potential. We also have great respect for all of our employees, regardless of their title or role, and show this through consistent efforts to increase benefits packages and by investing in our people via training and promotion from within.

Pros

Nothing to comment about the "pros"

Cons

After years of dedication to the department, I was dropped. Not for any specific reason. Given the boiler plate dismissal routine. Put in on average 55+ hours week to this place. Show up on a Monday, no more job. Thanks for nothing.
