Most colleagues and developers are friendly people

The owner (COO) has the final say in everything, even if he has no experience or knowledge about it. - The owner knows 3 AWS service names and throws them around in every meeting without understanding how they work. - The owner overrules any system design with a random system design to fit his own understanding. - The owner has brags about security while having ZERO understanding of security. - The owner has a habit of bad-mouthing previous employees and shifting blame on others. - Sprint consists of a 1-month sprint with tickets pre-assigned without any discussion with engineers and very little information in the ticket. - Management gives you random work out of the blue and expects you to complete it in the next hour even if it's not possible. - Management sits on tasks for an entire month and asks you to complete them in the last 1 day to meet the deadline and blames you for not being able to complete them within the timeframe. - Management likes to make others uncomfortable so they feel better about themselves.

People are great, supportive and collaborative I got to work on some really interesting stuff and not just work on tickets assigned to me

Not many downsides, maybe having access to more private spaces
