      Pros

      Originally, very amazing group of people, excellent work/life balance, decent pay.

      Cons

      Towards the end of the company the founding values were stripped from the culture and this became another cube farm with depressed staff. Management failed, engineering victimized, the company failed after new management failed to resurrect the company from previous management failure. The company shifted from a generally happy atmosphere to a military mentality.

      Pros

      Great place to work, with smart people and interesting challenges. The product had lots of potential, and could have filled a gap in the marketplace. Alas it was not to be.

      Cons

      Not enough runway to reach some milestones. Management appeared to not understand that vaporware will not turn a start-up into an acquisition target. By the time that became evident, it was too late.
