Under New Leadership - Senior Manager Nimble Talent Employee Review

I've been a part of this company for years and even though recent revelations about previous leadership have been shocking, that leadership does not define this company as a whole. The learning opportunities at this company are abundant and they do appreciate their employees. The work is extremely flexible and remote, so it gives people a chance to work on their own schedule and gives you a work-life balance. They managers are all extremely understanding of your life and different situations. As long as you finish tasks on time or let them know in advance so that they can find someone else to work on it, there is never any problem.

The remote work situation makes it difficult for all the employees to be kept in the loop of things. It also would be great if the pay was higher to compensate for some of the work that we have to do.
