I like working in the center of Bangkok. And it's well connected with train station (BTS) They borrow you a Macbook to work.
Cons
Micromanagement, specially by the CTO. It's an outsourcing company Don't believe the beautiful words you see in the job offers. These are made to spark your interest but you won't like it there. They don't pay a good salary. Don't get sick, please. Or the counter will start doing its job. Don't ask a day off or the counter will start doing its job. Mmm...the counter for what? If you take more than 12 days in the year get ready to see your salary descend. The CTO doesn't like that you're sick. Again, don't believe what's on the job offers They say after 3 years you can take a 1-month vacations 😂😂😂. They call it a sabbatical period, because you only have 12 days a year for vacations. There's also our Thailand holidays (but they only provide 12 days). Are they serious? I still haven't seen that, BTW I DON'T RECOMMEND WORKING HERE. I'll leave at some point once I find something else
