Pros

A Nike realmente se preocupa com seus funcionários. Existem premiações mensais em produtos para aqueles que se destacavam, e a cada 3 meses caso a pessoa fosse o destaque novamente, ganhava entre 400-500 reais em produtos Nike. Existe também participação nos lucros uma vez ao ano, varia de acordo com o cargo, no caso o meu, caixa, era pouco mais que 500,00 reais. Plano de saúde maravilhoso, porém o vale refeição deixa a desejar, pois desde que a loja abriu em 2013 e até 2018 não teve reajuste nenhum do valor de 340,00.

Cons

Assim, acredito que o que faz a empresa são seus funcionários, então você tem que ter sorte de pegar um time bom, com gerente, supervisor e líderes que contribuam para com os colegas de trabalho. Como em toda empresa, sempre tem algumas coisas ruins, mas não pela empresa Nike, mas pelos que trabalhavam nela.

Pros

Higher pay than academia. You can make 125-175k based on your territory. Sometimes 200k+ but you're gonna saturate your market and not sell a lot the next year. Obviously this year with tariffs you're not going to make much. Great coworkers. Great technology.

Cons

We had layoffs, which shocked everyone, it was handled poorly (IT and HR didn't coordinate and people were just locked out of their computers). We were constantly told not to worry about layoffs because we're seen as assets and not liabilities. Lots of structural changes without communication and clear policies which causes confusion. Sales management doesn't care a lot of about customer satisfaction. Promotions are politics and favorites. People are promoted without having great people skills. If you don't get along with your local team, you're basically gonna have a bad time. I only stayed because the pay was good and I could not find a job that pays more. Not because I like the company values.
