      Freshers can learn the normal things in designing... Manufacturing... Erection... based on your designated profile. Co-workers are helpful.

      Cons

      6days/week of working. No employee benifits. No standards in designing, shop manufacturing, erection. No quality product output. Higher management only think of their profits. Less salary in market and no hike in appraisal Giving salary very late. Demotivation by higer ordinates.
