      Pros

      Employee will learn alot there and after a period of time they will handle every task effectively and efficiently. After 1 year in the organisation you will feel more confident and you can learn work under the pressure as well

      Cons

      In every NGO there is a gap of low salary or not satisfied with the salary...but in NIIT FOUNDATION every year we got the increment of minimum 7 %-10% which is pretty low as maximum employees are expecting.

      Pros

      People here are so freindly and they will help you in mostly everything and try to solve your problem. Higher authorities are also very friendly. This place is best for those who want to work with pure comfort and less workload. You will also learn many skills and master trainers will be very happy to train you. They are very interactive and very friendly and the best part is, it is already ISO certified and gotta say, the work is done with proper standards
