Does ghosting reflect the NIGHTWING's culture? Or just a broken process?

I recently had a disappointing experience with the hiring process for a position with Nightwing Arlington, Virginia. After going through the interview process, receiving an offer letter, and signing the requested documents, communication completely stopped despite multiple follow-up emails and calls. I understand that hiring timelines and business needs can change, but candidates deserve timely updates and professional communication especially after reaching the offer stage. Clear communication is a major part of the candidate experience, and situations like this can leave candidates uncertain and frustrated after investing significant time and effort into the process.
