Hiring Process was quick (only because they needed people to clean out the store and fire when they no longer deem them fit)

Managers always drunk on shift and will be disrespectful Lack of Communication or Care You will be easily replaced by a favourite’s friend or in some cases boyfriend despite them saying they discourage relationships in stores Don’t even respond to messages with urgency Cutting of Shifts early Favouritism and Racist Treatment seen by all members of the team with preference to this lighter in colour (or australian in this case) Disrespectful towards crew members Lack of remorse or accountability You’ll be made to do things outside your work requirements, e.g waitresses will be barbacking, bartenders will be waitressing Incorrect Pay for some workers, not counting hours properly Breaks are extremely late if at all and will still be deducted regardless of whether or not a break has taken place Ridiculous store all in all and company too DO NOT WORK AT NIGHTCAP STORES !!!
