Stress, frustration and so on. You name it. They probably own the highest rate where employees leave the company voluntarily. Company don't have any culture. No formal way to go up in career. No review, nothing. Work sometimes weekends. No simple thanks from the management. Manager changes pretty much every month, you dont get any notice, just figure out. Barely get thanks for hard work. Probably simple Thank you cost them money. Horrible horrible place to work. No team work, every body is the manager and boss. No chain of command.
