Pros

Small company environment, employees always willing to help and work with you to solve any problems you're having. Wonderful people, happy hours to build team bonding. Really enjoyed my time with them and built amazing pieces for my portfolio.

Cons

Not really any, one project had lots of iterations but that's not uncommon in the industry.

Pros

-Projects are varied and challenging in an intellectual stimulating way. Work is varied and rarely boring, feels like work worth doing -Company culture is laid back but professional, coworkers are a delight to work with. -Working with clients who have a passion for their subject matter is invigorating. -Leadership is responsive to and actively seeks feedback

Cons

-It's a small company so you'll be wearing a lot of hats which means having to pivot a lot during crunch times -Limited upwards growth potential due to nature of a smaller team.

Pros

Fascinating projects and clients to work with, I learned about a variety of different subjects while working there.

Cons

- Little to no growth potential within the company - Employees are underpaid and co-ops (interns) received minimum wage - Worked in the same building that the Principal of the company owned. He made employees do "chores" around the house including taking out his garbage. Awkward to "work" in his family's living space. - Principal regularly asked employees to help with things not related to work, such as asking employees to come in on the weekend to roleplay for one of his personal projects, we felt pressured and obligated to go.
