Dynamic, fast paced environment to learn

After acquisition went down hill

Working at Nidera is working among friends and family. The whole working atmosphere is very much relaxed and informal. No competition among colleagues. Pressure is not felt on regular basis but trust is of essence.

The challenge is to avoid getting stucked in the comfort zone that Nidera easily provides. The learning curve is not guaranteed, so you must push and constantly demand for challenges or be aware of this and leave before you get too comfy. A bit bureaucratic in decision making (still behaving as a family business).
