Pros
All the engineers are helpful, management is hands off and let you do your job but are available when help is needed. Nidec is not scared to invest money if a good case is made. Good benefits. 401K is top notch. pay scales have been readjusted this year to be more competitive. You are expected to work 8 hours per day and nothing more. Business is strong right now.
Cons
Even though the pay has been made more competitive, you can likely can make more elsewhere for same job title. The business is growing but the resources to support that growth are sometimes lagging.
