Pros
Good steady employer in an otherwise very poor part of the UK. Some good people work there. Very good staff canteen
Cons
Very bureaucratic. Variable quality on products. Not much understanding of what good customer service is. Some shockingly poor senior managers when I worked there, although I understand that they no longer work there
