Everything you mention will be discarded and you will be doing the same mundane things every day. Then, at the end, you will be thrown out like 3 other people before me. Someone was kind enough to tell me that there is no room for growth in this company, so I'm glad I'm out. If you're a recent grad, don't be fooled when you come for an interview, thinking you'll make a difference in this company. You'll be doing the same thing until you leave. But somehow, upper management will make it look like its you that's the problem, not them.
