Pros
A collaborative team that is very close, a great level of responsibility given to all employees, even from day 1. Very flexible in terms of wfh, plus a company that values work/life balance in general. Monthly socials paid by the management team + a holiday incentive in the summer if company targets are hit (the team went to Portugal in 2022). No KPI's either compared to other recruitment agencies.
