Great work culture, easy going casual environment, no micromanagement, promotes from within, loyal to hardworking employees, place to learn and growth in infinite directions, upper management are excellent role models and teachers, team atmosphere where people will take the shirts off their back to help you, you get what you put in. Negative reviews stem from reciprocity.… Again, you get what you put in.

Runs lean which while a “con” on the surface means loyalty to employees and job security. Expect to work hard to survive and harder to thrive.
