Great benefits. Management is approachable, understanding, and open to new ideas. Family like atmosphere where people generally support one another. Several people have worked there many years.

Pay is not great. Training is inadequate (learn as you go/figure it out for yourself). Not a lot of room to move up in a small company. Global company, but global sites are not well connected.
