Pros

Great talent exists here. Facility is always well kept. Nice lunch room and people are friendly and decent pay.

Cons

"First of all I just wanted to mention I think they are paying to remove bad reviews". I think there review rating was 2 last time I checked. Its all good! Thats why I'm here! I"m your guy! Management will try to micro manage every thing you do. Everything is on fire because there is alot of bugs in the existing CX service. I would test something and would work out and then they would release and would completely override the work I did. This would happen all the time and I would get the blame for it. Remote work exists, but only if your sick. I live in Ogden and would demand me to be present at the office 45 minute drive... and they didn't start deployments until like 10pm at night. Your intertwined with 6+ teams. During the deploy if they catch a bug your not allowed to leave until its fixed. You will be most likely staying until the A.M. hours. Pretty sweet right? But wait there is more! None of those hours carry over into your existing working hours. So be ready in the morning bright and early for a full shift. There onboarding HR coach pitches the idea that your allowed to move if things aren't working out. Well I was tired of the drama and put in a request to transfer. Only to find out that I can't. Get use to working long hours and long nights consistantly and getting rewarded with $20 amazon gift cards or going to the movies with your mates. If you have no life and no family. I highly recommend. I didn't last a year hear but kudos to those that did. I now work for a prestigious firm and have moved on from the immaturity madness of pointing fingers and unrealistic deadlines. Even though I worked there years ago, the same managers exist and same problems still exist. Rinse and repeat.
