Cons

1. Poor pay 2. Poor talent management. 3. There is no good follow-up from the company to its workers. 4. Poor decision making when hiring new employees. 5. It has become more of a marketing agency than a software development agency. 6. The recruitment and marketing area is lousy.

Pros

My technical lead was amazing—a true leader with incredible technical skills. There were constant training opportunities, health insurance, and well-being bonuses. Number of PTO days and the country's holidays.

Cons

For internal projects, there’s too much micromanagement. They also ask developers to participate in challenges that take up too much time or to create media content—not everyone is into that. There was favoritism toward some team members. On birthdays or anniversaries, you could see the difference in the amount of money spent on some compared to others. The partners make developers participate in activities that don’t seem very respectful to win prizes: jumping into a pool, running even though not everyone is in the same physical condition, or even dancing like certain animals.
